Doing The Mayonaisse

  Hello again :) I had fun in my first class in the cold kitchen. First task is to do the mother sauce that is mayonaisse. I don't know why it was so yellowish. Maybe bcos the basic is all in yellow; egg yolks and mustard so maybe that is why my mayonaisse is all yellow. LoL! Sorry don't have a picture of it.
