Also in the same first class (Cold Kitchen), I learnt on how to do salads using the mayonaisse which are Pasta Salad, Waldorf Salad, Mix Green Salad and Coleslaw. I recommend two of it, Pasta Salad and Waldorf Salad. Both had a beautiful tastes :) Coleslaw is a common salad and I bet everyone is familiar to coleslaw.
p/s: My coleslaw taste exactly like KFC's :p xx
